Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required, and all costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Where Your Order Ships From

All Woodaven furniture is handcrafted in our workshop in Vietnam and shipped directly to your address in the United States.

Order Processing Time

Every piece is made to order. Orders are typically processed and prepared within 5–10 business days, Monday to Saturday. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time; orders placed after that, or at weekends, are processed on the next business day. Peak seasons may require additional time.

Shipping Time

After processing, delivery typically takes a further 7–14 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 12–24 business days from the date of order. Larger items shipped by freight may take longer; we will tell you in advance if this applies to your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We handle all United States customs clearance for your order. The price you pay at checkout is final — there are no duties, import fees or additional charges payable on delivery.

Shipping Methods

We ship with established international carriers, DHL and FedEx. All shipments are insured; contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit. We use sustainable packaging materials wherever we can.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the workshop. You can track your order on our website or on the carrier's site.

Issues with Your Tracking Number

Tracking information may take 1–2 days to update after it is issued. If your tracking number is still not working 3 business days after you receive it, contact us and we will look into it.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change the shipping address or the items in your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, before the piece enters production. Processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days if changes are made.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your delivery, report it to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will resolve it promptly.

Late Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays or local postal handling. If your delivery goes beyond the estimated window, contact us within 2 business days of the expected date and we will investigate with the carrier.
