Refund policy

Returns

Whether you've simply changed your mind or need to return an item for another reason, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at woodavensp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print. We cover the full cost of return shipping for all returns, including change-of-mind returns — you will not be charged any return shipping fee under any circumstance. No restocking fee applies to any return.

If your order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at woodavensp@gmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it at no cost to you.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at woodavensp@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, your order may have already entered production or been prepared for shipment and we will no longer be able to process the cancellation — you may return the item once received under the policy above.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, damaged, or not-as-described items, and for size or finish changes (excluding sale and custom items). Contact us at woodavensp@gmail.com to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send your replacement.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Partial refunds may apply for used items or items not in original condition.
