Shipping

Free shipping within the US. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated delivery time. Each piece is handcrafted to order. Total delivery time is approximately 12–24 business days from the order date — 5–10 business days in production plus 7–14 business days in transit.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States only.

Returns

30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. No restocking fee applies.

Who pays return shipping. If you change your mind, or the reason is not a fault in the product, return shipping is paid by you. If the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full and send you a prepaid label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
