How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

After the 24-hour window, your order may already have entered production or been prepared for shipment, and we will no longer be able to process changes or cancellations. You may still return the item once it arrives, under our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will cover the cost of reshipping the item to the corrected address.
