After the 24-hour window, your order may have already entered production or been prepared for shipment, and we will no longer be able to process any changes or cancellations.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will cover the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
